Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19, many shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Standard delivery

Standard delivery usually arrives within 1 - 7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.

Express delivery

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.

**Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.**

 

Local delivery

Local delivery is available at a $5 delivery fee for orders within the area codes listed in red below.

92553, 92570, 92571, 92572, 92584, 92585, 92586, 92587, 92596 and 92599.

 

Deliveries are made from 12pm-5pm, Monday-Friday. We will contact you via the phone number/email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tinyflamesco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You can view our full refund policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tinyflamesco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
